Quality Control manuals are standard for all projects. Customers are sent an electronic and a hard copy QC manual; containing required Code information, specific customer requirements, final drawings, and any additional documentation specific to the job. An operations manual also forms a part of every project. All projects leave our shop with an operations manual that contains technical specifications, part numbers for easy re-ordering and original manufacturer’s information.
Kootenay Industries Ltd. standard original manufacturer's warranty is 12 months after equipment start-up or 18 months after shipment, whichever occurs first.
All packaged equipment is built to ensure easy shipping and no hassle field installations.
